No, you don't have to track the quantity down to mililiters or grams. You can track products in general units. E.g. 3 - milk could mean 3 cartons of milk. Or instead of 12 eggs you can insert 1 as "one dozen eggs".

Yes, your data is private and it is not shared with any other company. We do not use Google, Facebook or other traffic analysis services.
